Cream of Earl Grey

Ingredients: Organic black tea, essential bergamot oil.


If you want to make a cup at home:


Water Temperature: 195°F


Leaf to Water Ratio:  1 tablespoon per 8 ounces


Steep Time: 4-7 minutes


January is always the most difficult month for me in terms of waking up in the morning. The holidays make me accustomed to sleeping in and slowly drinking several cups of tea before I even think about starting the day. This makes going back to the real world particularly difficult. I’ve found the best remedy for returning to real life, post-holidays, is to treat myself to a delicious black tea that isn’t in my normal circulation.
